Refund Policy
Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Digit99 are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (made available for download), the transaction is considered complete and is non-refundable.
Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once downloaded, the buyer retains a copy regardless of any refund. This policy protects sellers from unauthorized duplication of their work.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can occur. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
- Corrupted or Damaged Files: If the delivered file is corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise unusable due to a technical issue
- Product Not Delivered: If you completed a purchase but never received access to the download
- Significantly Misrepresented Product: If the product fundamentally differs from its description (e.g., described as a video course but only contains a text file)
- Duplicate Purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception:
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase
- Email support@digit99.com or use our Contact form
- Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue
- For corrupted files, please include a screenshot of the error if possible
Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. We may contact the seller for additional information. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Seller Disputes
If a seller believes a refund request is fraudulent or unjustified, they may submit evidence for review. Digit99 acts as the final arbiter in all refund disputes between buyers and sellers on the platform.
